Once a repair job is completed and ready for delivery, Bytephase generates a unique OTP for each delivery. The OTP is sent to the customer’s registered mobile number or email. At the time of delivery, the delivery personnel will request the OTP from the customer to confirm their identity before handing over the repaired items.
