How do I switch between my branches?

Once you are on the Enterprise plan, a workspace switcher appears on your sidebar logo. Click it, pick another branch, and you are there — no logging out and back in.

Can one login access all my locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A single email can be attached to every branch you manage. When you sign in, BytePhase shows "Your Workspaces" so you can choose which branch to open. If your email belongs to more than one branch, a one-time OTP confirms it is you.

Is my data shared across branches?

No. Each branch runs on its own separate database, with its own customers, tickets, inventory and staff. Switching branches changes which workspace you are viewing — it never merges or mixes data between locations.

Can each branch have its own branding, currency and timezone?

Yes. Every branch keeps its own logo, business hours, currency, timezone and settings, and can run on its own subdomain.
