Through your Calendar ID. You copy the Calendar ID from Google Calendar’s “Integrate calendar” settings, share that calendar with the BytePhase service account, and paste the ID into BytePhase. There are no passwords to share.
Check the Calendar ID is copied exactly, and that the calendar is either public (“See all event details”) or shared with the BytePhase service account. On Google Workspace, confirm your admin allows external sharing.
You can create, edit and delete — but only if the calendar is shared with the BytePhase service account with “Make changes to events”. Public access alone is read-only.
Your BytePhase jobs, tasks, pickups and renewals are generated automatically and shown inside the BytePhase calendar. To put an event on Google itself, create it from BytePhase and choose the Google calendar as the target.
