Jotform integration for repair shops

You can connect it on every BytePhase plan, and the integration itself costs nothing extra. Each submission becomes a lead or a self check-in, and both of those are part of the Standard and Enterprise plans (and the 15-day free trial), so you need one of those to work with what comes in. The webhook URL embeds a key that is shown once and stored only as a SHA-256 hash. Every request is authenticated, rate-limited and scoped to your shop alone, and you can rotate the key at any time — the old URL stops working the moment you do.

Only if you want them to. The duplicate policy matches by email or mobile and either skips the repeat or creates a new record. Jotform re-deliveries of the same submission are recognised by their submission ID and never create doubles.

BytePhase strips Jotform’s internal question prefixes before showing you the detected fields, so you map fullName or deviceBrand — the names you actually gave your questions.

It is logged as failed with the error and can be retried in one click from the activity screen. If failures continue, BytePhase shows a warning on the integration and emails you before enquiries are lost.

Jotform sends fields such as Full Name or Address as separate parts. BytePhase joins the filled-in parts into one value with spaces and drops empty ones, so a first and last name arrive as a single name you can map to the BytePhase name field.

Yes. BytePhase uses each Jotform form ID to tell forms apart, so one Jotform integration can carry several forms, each mapped separately. For each form you choose whether a submission becomes a lead or a self check-in, and whether to skip or create a new record when the customer already exists. Use Add another form to connect the next one.

Open your Jotform preview and submit the form once. The fields are captured in the BytePhase setup wizard, where you map them. Until you press Activate, submissions are only logged as Received and nothing is created. Once active, use Send test on the Activity screen to push a test submission through and confirm a record is created.

Open the Jotform integration’s Activity screen. Every submission is listed with its form, time received, what it created and its status: Successful, Duplicate, Received or Failed. Open any entry to see the raw payload Jotform sent next to the mapped payload BytePhase used. Submission logs are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically because they hold customer details.

It depends on their role. BytePhase has separate integration permissions: one to view integrations, one to create or change them, and one to delete them. Give these only to the people who manage your forms. Disconnecting an integration stops its API key and rejects new submissions, but the submission history is kept.
