Shiprocket integration for repair shops

With your Shiprocket API email and password. BytePhase stores the password encrypted and refreshes the access token automatically before it expires, and it shows your connection status and token validity so you always know the link is live.

From the job, when you add its delivery. Turn on Ship via Shiprocket, enter the package weight and dimensions, check the pickup and delivery addresses, then click Check available couriers, pick one and save. The switch appears only while Shiprocket is connected, and the staff member booking needs permission to manage integrations.

Yes. Check serviceability by pincode, weight and COD, then compare couriers on rate and reach and pick the right one for each parcel — all from inside the job.

When you select a courier, BytePhase fills the delivery charges with that courier’s rate as quoted by Shiprocket, so you can pass the cost on to the customer. The field stays editable, so you can round it, add packing or clear it before saving the delivery.

The integration creates the shipment and captures the AWB — the tracking number for the parcel — onto the job, and keeps its status current. It focuses on booking, the AWB and live tracking rather than generating a label in BytePhase.

You get live tracking tied to the job, an on-demand Track Shipment for an instant check, and automatic status webhooks — picked up, in transit, delivered, cancelled — that update the job as the parcel moves.

Yes. Shiprocket status webhooks are verified against your shop secret before they are accepted, so only genuine updates land on your jobs.

Yes. You can cancel a shipment from BytePhase and store the reason with it, so the job history records why it was cancelled. Both COD and prepaid shipments are supported.

Shiprocket found no courier that serves that pickup and delivery pincode pair at the weight you entered. Check both pincodes in the addresses and the package weight, then click Check available couriers again. If BytePhase asks you to fill the pincodes and weight, one of those three is missing, and the courier list needs all of them.

No. BytePhase holds one Shiprocket connection for the whole account, and every business inside it books through that same Shiprocket login. Each shipment stays attached to the job delivery it was booked from, so it is recorded under that job’s business.

Disconnecting switches the integration off; it does not delete anything or cancel parcels already with Shiprocket. Shipments you booked, with their AWB numbers, stay on their jobs, and the Ship via Shiprocket switch disappears from new deliveries until you connect again with your Shiprocket API email and password.
