Can BytePhase capture leads from IndiaMART?

Yes, for shops in India. In BytePhase go to Settings › Integrations › IndiaMART and click Connect to get your webhook URL. Then, in IndiaMART Lead Manager, open Import/Export Leads › Push API, choose CRM “Other”, paste the URL and confirm with the OTP. Each new enquiry then arrives in Leads within moments, with the buyer’s name, phone, email, product and message, assigned to your reception team. Repeat enquiries from the same mobile or email are matched to the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate. A paid IndiaMART seller plan is required, and Leads is part of the Standard and Enterprise plans.
