Can BytePhase capture leads from Justdial?

Yes, for shops in India. In BytePhase go to Settings › Integrations › Justdial and click Connect to get your webhook URL, then ask your Justdial account manager to set it up — Justdial activates it for you, usually within about a day. New enquiries then arrive in Leads with the customer’s name, phone, area and the category they searched, assigned to your reception team, and repeat enquiries are matched to the existing lead. A paid Justdial account is required, and Leads is part of the Standard and Enterprise plans.
