Can I import my existing customers and inventory?

Yes. The import wizard takes Excel or CSV files for customers, employees, leads and spare parts, and you run the import yourself; support is there if you get stuck. You can run your old system alongside BytePhase during the 15-day trial. Old tickets and invoice history are not imported.
