Can I stop BulkGate texts going to a particular customer?

Yes. Open the customer’s record and use Notification preferences to switch SMS off completely, or only for chosen events such as quotations or payments. BytePhase checks these preferences before every automatic SMS, so nothing is passed to BulkGate for that customer, and you are not paying BulkGate for texts they did not want.
