Can repeat IndiaMART or Justdial enquiries be saved as new leads?

Yes. BytePhase matches an incoming enquiry to your existing leads by mobile number or email. By default it keeps the existing lead and skips the repeat, but in the connection’s If customer exists step you can choose Create a new record instead, so every enquiry is saved as its own lead. The same IndiaMART enquiry delivered twice is still saved only once.
