Can two businesses in one BytePhase account both use BulkGate?

Yes, they share it. The SMS provider is set once for your whole BytePhase account, so every business sends through the same BulkGate account when BulkGate is primary. Each business can still have its own SMS signature, and a text carries the signature of the business that issued it, so customers can tell which business is writing to them.
