If I run two businesses in BytePhase, do they share one Twilio account?

Yes. The SMS provider is set once for your whole BytePhase account, so when Twilio is primary, every business sends through the same Twilio account and From number. What changes per business is the signature: outside India, each business can have its own SMS signature, and a text carries the signature of the business that issued it.
