What happens if I disconnect QuickBooks or switch to a different QuickBooks company?

Disconnecting revokes BytePhase’s access, clears your saved account mapping and stops syncing. BytePhase deletes nothing in QuickBooks and keeps its links to records already sent, so reconnecting the same company carries on where it left off. If you connect a different company, those old links are cleared so nothing posts against the wrong records. One QuickBooks company is connected per BytePhase workspace, so every business in the workspace syncs to that company.
