What is an AMC contract?

An AMC contract (annual maintenance contract) is a paid agreement in which a service provider looks after a customer’s devices for a fixed term, usually one year. It normally lists the devices covered, the number of scheduled service visits, the response time for breakdown calls, what is excluded, the payment terms and the renewal date.
