What sender name do customers see on texts sent through BulkGate?

BytePhase passes BulkGate only the customer’s number and the message text, with no sender ID of its own. The sender your customers see is therefore whatever your BulkGate account is set up to use, so manage your sender name or number in BulkGate. In BytePhase’s SMS history, the sender column shows your BulkGate Application ID.
