Who in my team can set up or remove the Jotform integration?

It depends on their role. BytePhase has separate integration permissions: one to view integrations, one to create or change them, and one to delete them. Give these only to the people who manage your forms. Disconnecting an integration stops its API key and rejects new submissions, but the submission history is kept.
