Who is a Meta Lead Ads lead assigned to, and what happens to repeat leads?

Each new lead is assigned to your shop’s admin user, tagged with the source Meta Lead Ads and given your first lead status, ready for you to reassign. If a lead with the same email address or phone number is already in Leads, the new submission is skipped instead of creating a duplicate. Leads are shared across every business in your account.
