Can a customer stop receiving Gupshup SMS from my shop?

Yes. Each customer record has Notification preferences, where you can switch SMS off for that customer altogether or only for particular events such as invoices or payments. BytePhase checks these settings before every automatic SMS and skips the message if SMS is off, so the customer stops getting texts without you changing anything else.
