Can I use Gupshup SMS if my shop is outside India?

No. Gupshup SMS in BytePhase runs on BytePhase’s own Indian account, so the Gupshup card is turned off for shops outside India and BytePhase never picks Gupshup for them. Shops in other countries connect their own Twilio or BulkGate account instead and set it as the primary SMS provider, after which every SMS goes through that account.
