How much should I charge for an outsourced repair?

Charge the partner’s price plus your own costs: intake and testing time, transport both ways, follow-up calls and the warranty you give the customer. Many shops add a fixed handling charge or a percentage. Quote the customer one price and record what the partner charged you, so you can see your real margin.
